# What happens if my account becomes inactive?

To help manage user access and platform licenses, Grantd Academy accounts are automatically deactivated after **60 days of inactivity**. If your account has been deactivated, simply contact [academy@grantdequity.com](mailto:academy@grantdequity.com), and we'll reactivate your account.
