How do I add my first client to the platform?

Get started with Grantd by adding your first client to the platform.

Information You'll Need

Before you begin, gather the following information:

Personal Information

  • Name
  • Email

Company Information

  • Company name
  • Public or private

Financial Information

  • Goal
  • Goal target value
  • Non-company investment holdings

Owned Shares Information (if applicable)

  • Acquisition date
  • Acquisition price
  • Number of shares
  • Cost basis
  • Exercise and/or sell date

Grant Documents

  • Grant summary with vesting schedule documents (these can be uploaded for automatic extraction)

Steps to Add a Client

  1. Access your Grantd portal and go to the home page.
  2. Select the green + Add Client button.
  3. Fill in your client's information.
  4. Select Create Client button at the end.

Your client is now added to the platform and ready for you to add their equity holdings.
